1. Were you able to printer from HP printer before?

2. Do you remember making any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

3. Which application are you trying to print from?

4. Does this happen only from a particular application?

Hello Praseetha

1. The user reports that they were able to print from the HP printer before.

2. Changes were made by another person but the user does not know what changes were and the other person is no longer available.

3. This printing problem occurs when attempting to print from Windows Mail, Notepad, Wordpad and Internet Explorer. The only app that seems to be able to print is the Microsoft Word Viewer.

The Fixit did not find any problems.

Hi Ron,

1. Is this computer connected to a domain?If so, do you have administrative access?

You may check if you can print in safe mode.

I had the same problem. I removed the printer from 'Devices and Printers', and rebooted the computer. When the computer came back up, it automatically detected the printer and installed the drivers. That fixed the problem
